Open Settings › Restore purchases. Some payment methods take a while to confirm; once Google Play confirms the payment, the item is delivered the next time you open the game. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, email us your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.).

Remove Ads and an active Tide Club subscription come back with Settings › Restore purchases, as long as you use the same Google account. Coins and progress are stored on the phone, so they only carry over through Android's own backup.

Purchases go through Google Play, so refunds are requested from Google: see Google Play refund help. You can also email us and we'll help.

Open the Google Play Store › your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Tidepool › Cancel subscription. You keep the benefits until the end of the period you've paid for. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Yes, unless you cancel before the trial ends. The price and trial length are shown next to the subscribe button and in Google Play's confirmation screen.

Open Settings › Privacy options in the app. This option appears in regions where consent is required (for example the EU, EEA and UK).

Buy Remove Ads in the shop to remove all interstitial ads permanently. Rewarded videos stay available but are always optional.

Everything the game stores is on your phone: Settings › Reset all progress clears your game, and uninstalling the app removes all of its data. We don't run servers or accounts, so there's no copy with us. For data Google holds for ads or purchases, see the privacy policy.

Turn off Settings › Notifications in the game, or block notifications for Tidepool in Android's settings. Reminders never arrive at night.
